The “Tokugawa Miso Ramen” using the traditional miso that was presented to the Tokugawa family is the first special ramen in Japan with permission to use the Tokugawa family crest. We also have a wide variety of ramen such as the popular Hakata Pork Bone [Yalan] and Burnt Dried Soy Sauce, and how about a set of side dishes of curry and fried bean curd?
