　Terms of Use

Terms of Use
This “Terms of Use” is a general incorporated association Iwamizawa Tourist Association (hereafter referred to as “the Association”). This “Terms of Use” sets forth the rules and regulations to be observed by customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the rental bicycle business managed and operated by Iwamizawa Tourist Association. The following is a list of items to be observed by customers (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the rental bicycle business managed and operated by the Iwamizawa Tourist Association (hereinafter referred to as “the Association”). Users are requested to comply with the Terms and Conditions when using the rental bicycles.

1.Application for use
To use the bicycles, you will need to submit a reservation form or an application form at the Iwamizawa City Tourist Association.
In principle, please apply for the use of the reservation form by the previous business day. Please note that applications submitted after 16:00 on the previous business day or on the same day may take some time to be processed.
Please show something to confirm your name and address (driver’s license, passport, health insurance card, student ID card, my number card, etc.) at the reception desk.
If any false information is entered on the reservation form or application form, the use of the facility may be denied.
If you have violated these terms of use in the past, or if the Association deems your use to be inappropriate, the Association reserves the right to deny your request for use.
In the event of a sudden breakdown of the bicycle or delay in returning the bicycle, the Association may not be able to rent out the bicycle even if you have applied for it in advance. Please understand in advance that we will not be responsible for any damages incurred in such cases.
Even if a reservation has been made using the reservation form, we may not be able to rent out bicycles due to the number of bicycles available. In such cases, the user will be notified.

2.Use of Personal Information
Personal information obtained in connection with the use of this service will not be used for any purpose other than this project.

3.Dates, Hours of Use, and Fees
The service is available from the day the Association determines that the road conditions, such as snow, are suitable for riding a bicycle to the day the Association determines that the road conditions are unsuitable for riding a bicycle.
The maximum number of days of use is three (3) days. If the scheduled return date is exceeded, an overage fee of ¥5,000 per day will be charged.
If you return the equipment before the scheduled return date, the remaining days’ fees will not be refunded.
