Following a concept that homes and gardens are one,

"Little Rock Hills," a garden on the hillside, covers an area of 11 hectares, large enough to fit two Sapporo Domes right inside. Designed on the concept that "homes and gardens are one," English style homes were rebuilt on this vast premises, so that each home, garden and forest are blended to become one.
As a company that imports furniture and other household items from England, we decided to build a village away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where families and friends could spend a leisurely time together. So, we purchased this piece of property 21 years ago, and utilized the distinct characteristics of the land, incorporating them into the design of the English gardens.
On the grounds, there is a restaurant, 3 cottages in which guests can stay and terraces, all of which were designed and built ourselves. Our gardens, which give guests a feeling of being in the countryside of England, are also frequently used by beer companies for commercials, and for filming locations for movies.
An old stone warehouse that has been in Iwamizawa for over 130 years,
was also relocated to the grounds, and renovated into a Japanese café, the Watokusekian,
where you can enjoy English antiques while you sip your coffee.
Each piece of English furniture and antiques are carefully selected; we recommend that you enjoy the delightful interior as well as the breathtaking view outside.
We hope that you will be able to experience a quiet getaway here.
